GEHEF MINI-GRANTS PROGRAM

GEHEF offers a Mini Grant program where teachers apply for funding to offer specialized projects that are not supported within normal school budgets. We have awarded over $120,000 since 2004.

Our Vision and Goals for the Mini-Grants Program: To promote and provide innovative educational opportunities for our students that are not currently possible or provided in our schools.  

 Our Mini-Grants have Supported the following Programming:

  • Social Media Safety

  • Responsible Gardening & Farming

  • Our Footprint – Our impact on the environment

  • Music & the Arts:

  • Music & Communication

  • Photography, Printing, Animation

  • Lost Arts – Doll Making, Book Binding, Etc.


 

MINI GRANTS

Mini grant requests can be between $200 and $2,000. 
Deadline for the Fall 2019/Winter 2020 application is October 31, 2019.

Year-round program grants

Besides for our mini grants, GEHEF offers program grants that are earmarked for specific programming that is outside the scope of a school or company budget.
